dc.description.abstractAnggaran subsidi pupuk yang menurun dan limbah pertanian yang melimpah merupakan permasalahan yang dialami oleh petani. Koperasi Lumbung Bumi Sejahtera (Kolbu Sejahtera) merupakan sebuah koperasi pertanian yang hadir dengan tujuan untuk membantu para petani mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, koperasi memerlukan perancangan model bisnis yang tepat agar produk dan layanan yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan para anggotanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model bisnis berbasis circular economy menggunakan Circular Business Model Canvas (CBMC) pada Kolbu Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan CBMC pada Kolbu Sejahtera, yang meliputi customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structures, tack-back system, dan adoption factors. Rancangan CBMC tersebut diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis dari BMC dan VPC.-
dc.description.abstractThe decrease in fertilizer subsidy budgets and the abundance of agricultural waste are problems faced by farmers. Lumbung Bumi Sejahtera Cooperative (Kolbu Sejahtera) is an agricultural cooperative aims to help farmers overcome these problems. Therefore, the cooperative requires the design of an appropriate business model to ensure that the products and services provided fulfill the needs of its members. This research aims to design a circular economy-based business model using the Circular Business Model Canvas (CBMC) at Kolbu Sejahtera. This research uses qualitative methods with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) analysis. The result of this research is the CBMC design at Kolbu Sejahtera, which includes customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structures, take-back system, and adoption factors. The CBMC design was derived from the analysis of BMC and VPC.-
