Abstract: Terjadinya penurunan persentase penjualan buah manggis Inagro menyebabkan perlunya penanganan pascapanen yang lebih baik, khususnya dalam pengemasan. Saat ini, pengemasan buah manggis hanya menggunakan jaring buah yang rentan terhadap benturan sehingga diperlukan desain kemasan baru yang dapat mempertahankan kualitas buah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemasan buah manggis terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen, menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, serta merancang kemasan buah manggis yang sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemasan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan konsumen, serta kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kemasan buah manggis berbahan karton gelombang dengan tipe regular slotted container (RCS) dapat memenuhi harapan konsumen dan berpotensi meningkatkan penjualan.
The decline in Inagro's mangosteen sales percentage has led to the need for better post-harvest handling, especially in packaging. Currently, mangosteen packaging only uses fruit nets that are vulnerable to impact so a new packaging design is needed that can maintain fruit quality. This study aims to analyze the effect of mangosteen fruit packaging on service quality and customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, and design mangosteen fruit packaging in accordance with consumer expectations. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that packaging has a positive and significant effect on service quality and customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The packaging of mangosteen fruit made from corrugated cardboard with a regular slotted container (RCS) type can meet consumer expectations and has the potential to increase sales.
