Abstract: NADYA RAHADATUL AISY. Implementasi Perancangan Integrasi IE Matrix Balanced Scorecard dalam Penilaian Kinerja Bisnis Benih Horenso. Dibimbing oleh D. IWAN RISWANDI. InaGreen Farm merupakan perusahaan bisnis komoditas sayuran organik di wilayah Bandung Barat kecamatan Lembang. InaGreen Farm telah menjalankan bisnis sayuran organik sejak tahun 2008, perusahaan ini belum memiliki sistem evaluasi kinerja bisnis benih horenso yang dapat menjadi acuan dalam mengukur tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menilai kinerja bisnis benih horenso yang menggunakan konsep Balanced Scorecard. Balanced Scorecard memiliki strategi dengan empat perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, dan hasil analisis integrasi IE Matrix Balanced Scorecard, dan pairwise comparison. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa perspektif keuangan dan proses bisnis internal sebesar 94% sebagai perspektif dengan bobot nilai prioritas tertinggi dari empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard dalam strategi pengembangan produk.

InaGreen Farm is an organic vegetable commodity business company in the West Bandung area, Lembang sub-district. InaGreen Farm has been running an organic vegetable business since 2008, this company does not yet have a horenso seed business performance evaluation system that can be a reference in measuring the company's success rate. This research aims to design and assess the performance of the horenso seed business using the Balanced Scorecard concept. Balanced Scorecard has a strategy with four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective. The method used is descriptive analysis, and the results of the Balanced Scorecard IE Matrix integration analysis, and pairwise comparison. The results of this study found that the financial perspective and internal business processes of 93% as a perspective with the highest priority value weight of the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives in product development strategy.
