Abstract: IPB University memiliki klinik yang bernama Klinik IPB Dramaga.
IPB University has a clinic called Klinik IPB Dramaga. IPB developed an application called C-care to support clinic operations. The application is used by medical personnel, including nurses and laboratory staff. Since the development of the system, there has never been an evaluation of user experience, especially for nurses and laboratory workers. The research conducted an evaluation of C-care application users, specifically for nurses and laboratory staff, using the five planes method and retrospective think-aloud (RTA). The five planes method produced user personas, 8 user requirements, a low-fidelity prototype, and a high-fidelity prototype. The prototype was evaluated using interviews with the retrospective think-aloud (RTA) method. The evaluation showed that there was an insignificant increase. The efficiency values from the proposed design to the recommendation were 0.010 and 0.033. This is because the application is already good. Overall, the four respondents qualitatively stated that the application met the needs of the clinic.
