Health services are one of the services available at IPB in the form of a private clinic. Health services cannot be separated from data recording and administration. C-care is an application created by IPB internally to help digitalise the administration of IPB's private clinic data. This application has never been tested related to user experience, especially for doctors. This research aims to evaluate and optimise the user experience of doctors using five planes and Retrospective Think Aloud. The initial design was evaluated and improved through the five planes stage by considering user needs which then resulted in a proposed design and then evaluated. Evaluation of the proposed design resulted in recommendations for improvement which were then re-evaluated. All respondents stated that the results of the improvements made were very much as expected and had covered all the needs of the respondents. Respondents' satisfaction is also supported by the results of the calculation of performance measurement, especially the satisfied variable which increased from the previous evaluation with a value of 77.50.
