Abstract: | Manajemen Kualitas adalah upaya dalam meningkatkan performance proses produksi. Dalam perusahaan manufaktur selain berfokus pada jumlah produksi perusahaan juga harus berfokus pada kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses produksi berdasarkan produk cacat dengan menggunakan metode six sigma menggunakan langkah DMAIC. Yang dimana kemudian diketahui perbaikan pengendalian. Dengan mengetahui analisis penyebab adanya cacat produksi maka diupayakan proses perbaikan dengan menggunakan check sheet dan instruksi kerja yang sesuai dengan situasi lapangan. Kemudian dilakukan pengukuran DPMO untuk mengukur nilai sigma. Pada tahap
analyze akan menganalisis CTQ dengan diagram pareto untuk menganalisis sumber masalah dengan fishbone diagram. Tahap improve merupakan usulan perbaikan dengan menggunakan check sheet dan instruksi kerja. Saat ini perusahaan memiliki level sigma sebesar 2,8 dan setelah dilakukannya proses implementasi nilai sigma mengalami kenaikan menjadi 2,9. Quality Management is an effort to improve the performance of the production process. In manufacturing companies, apart from focusing on the amount of production, the company must also focus on the quality of the products produced. Research was carried out to determine the production process based on defective products using the Six Sigma and DMAIC methods. Which is then known to improve control. By knowing the analysis of the causes of production defects, efforts are made to improve the process using check sheets and work instructions that are appropriate to the field situation. Then a DPMO measurement is carried out to measure the sigma value. In the analysis stage, CTQ will be analyzed using a Pareto diagram to analyze the source of the problem with a fishbone diagram. The improvement stage is a proposal for improvement using check sheets and work instructions. Currently, the company has a sigma level of 2.8 and after the implementation process, the sigma value has increased to 2.9. |
