PT Delta Tecno Pacific is a one of the manufacturing companies that focuses on plastic injection industry and produces various kinds of plastic-based products. The production system at PT Delta Tecno Pacific is carried out according to orders from customers with different requests. One product with high demand is FL-3 Natural product. The problem currently faced by the company due to high production levels is that there is a buildup of FL-3 Natural product in the area before the finishing process. This happens because the finishing department does not have standard time for each process and there is a shortage of labor. The aim of this research is to determine the standard time and optimal number of workers in each finishing process using the stopwatch time study method. Based on the result of research and data prosessing that has been done, it is concluded that the standart time for each finishing process is the sorting process is 1,82 seconds, cardboard folding process is 36,17 seconds, weighing process is 0,18 seconds, sealing process is 0,16 seconds, and cardboard packing process is 75,86 seconds. The optimal proposed workforce for the sorting process is 4 people, while the process of folding cardboard, weighing, sealing and packing cardboard can be done by 1 person because the workload is not too large.
