dc.description.abstractSeiring dengan kemajuan teknologi yang cepat, persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat. Perusahaan harus menjalankan operasional dengan efektif dan efisien agar dapat memperoleh keuntungan yang maksimal. Sistem informasi yang baik sangat penting untuk mempertahankan daya saing, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan persediaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memecahkan masalah pengendalian internal di KKI Mart, atau koperasi karyawan Indocement Mart, dengan membuat Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang jelas untuk pengelolaan persediaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis kebijakan bisnis dan sistem persediaan yang digunakan, menemukan hambatan dalam pelaksanaan operasional persediaan dan sistem pengendalian internal yang ada. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa KKI Mart membutuhkan SOP yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efisiensi operasionalnya, dan untuk menciptakan pengendalian internal. Proses pengadaan barang, penerimaan barang dari supplier, penyimpanan di gudang, pembayaran kepada supplier, dan pelaksanaan stock opname termasuk dalam rancangan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) yang disarankan. Diharapkan KKI Mart dapat mengatasi masalah dan meningkatkan kinerja operasionalnya dengan menerapkan SOP ini.-
dc.description.abstractAlong with rapid technological advances, competition in the business world today is increasingly fierce. Companies must carry out operations effectively and efficiently in order to obtain maximum profits. A good information system is very important to maintain competitiveness, especially in terms of inventory management. The aim of this research is to solve the internal control problem at KKI Mart, or the Indocement Mart employee cooperative, by creating a clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for inventory management. This research uses a qualitative approach to analyze business policies and inventory systems used, finding obstacles in the implementation of existing inventory operations and internal control systems. The results show that KKI Mart requires structured SOP to improve its operational efficiency and efficiency, and to strengthen internal controls. The process of procuring goods, receiving goods from suppliers, storing them in the warehouse, paying to suppliers, and carrying out stock taking are included in the recommended Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) design. It is hoped that KKI Mart can overcome problems and improve its operational performance by implementing this SOP.-
