Perancangan dan Pengimplementasian Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Harga Pokok Produksi Menggunakan Google Spreadsheet pada UMKM Wahyu Gyps

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis kebutuhan UMKM Wahyu Gyps dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi secara terkomputerisasi, (2) menciptakan sistem informasi akuntansi harga pokok produksi untuk UMKM Wahyu Gyps yang terkomputerisasi, dan (3) menganalisis pengujian dan pengimplementasian sistem informasi akuntansi harga pokok produksi.Harga pokok produksi adalah total biaya untuk memproduksi barang atau jasa, termasuk bahan baku, tenaga kerja langsung, dan biaya overhead. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Wahyu Gyps dengan menganalisis, merancang, dan mengimplementasikan sistem perhitungan harga pokok produksi secara terkomputerisasi berbasis Google Spreadsheet untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi. Sistem ini mengotomatisasi perhitungan biaya secara real-time hingga menghasilkan output berupa laporan harga pokok produksi. Hasil pengujian dan pengimplementasian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diciptakan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan UMKM dengan meningkatkan akurasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi. Namun, ada beberapa proses dalam sistem yang masih harus dilakukan input secara manual.

This research aims to (1) identify and analyze the needs of Wahyu Gyps SMEs in the computerized calculation of the cost of goods sold, (2) create a computerized cost of goods sold accounting information system for Wahyu Gyps SME, and (3) analyze the testing and implementation of the cost of goods sold accounting informatin system. The cost of goods sold is the total cost to produce goods or services, including raw materials, direct labor, and overhead cost. This research was conducted at Wahyu Gyps SMEs by analyzing, designing, and implementing a computerized cost of goods sold calculation system based on Google Spreadsheet to improve accuracy and efficiency. This system automates cost calculations in real-time to produce output in the form of cost of goods sold report. The results of the system testing and implementation show that te created system meets the needs of the SMEs by improving the accuracy of cost of goods sold calculation. However, some processes in the system still require manual input.
