| dc.description.abstract | The project "Design of a Blockchain System for Smallholder Palm Oil Supply Chain Traceability with Hyperledger Fabric" aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and sustainability in the palm oil industry, focusing on smallholder farmers in Riau. Utilizing Hyperledger Fabric, this project develops a blockchain-based traceability system that addresses critical issues such as fragmented supply chains, lack of record-keeping, and compliance with sustainability standards like NDPE and ISPO. Hyperledger Fabric enables the recording of transactions from cultivation to distribution in an immutable and transparent manner. Data analysis, conducted using tools like Hyperledger Caliper, validates the system's performance and scalability. Key findings demonstrate that Hyperledger Fabric blockchain technology can significantly improve traceability, compliance, and market access for smallholders. The project highlights the need for stakeholder engagement, integration of advanced technologies, and continuous system optimization. Recommendations include enhancing training, integrating IoT and AI for data collection and predictive analytics, promoting system adoption, and ensuring data privacy and security. This project sets a precedent for using Hyperledger Fabric to support sustainable agricultural practices and improve economic opportunities for smallholder farmers, offering a replicable model for other regions and sectors. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Proyek "Desain Sistem Blockchain untuk telusuran KeterRantai Pasok Minyak Sawit Petani Swadaya dengan Hyperledger Fabric" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan keberlanjutan dalam industri minyak sawit, dengan fokus pada petani kecil di Riau. Dengan menggunakan Hyperledger Fabric, proyek ini mengembangkan sistem ketertelusuran berbasis blockchain yang mengatasi masalah kritis seperti rantai pasok yang terfragmentasi, kurangnya pencatatan, dan kepatuhan terhadap standar keberlanjutan seperti NDPE dan ISPO. Hyperledger Fabric memungkinkan perekaman transaksi dari budidaya hingga distribusi secara tidak dapat diubah dan transparan. Analisis data, yang dilakukan menggunakan alat seperti Hyperledger Caliper, memvalidasi kinerja dan skalabilitas sistem. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa teknologi blockchain Hyperledger Fabric dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan ketertelusuran, kepatuhan, dan akses pasar bagi petani kecil. Proyek ini menekankan perlunya keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, integrasi teknologi canggih, dan optimasi sistem berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi termasuk peningkatan pelatihan, integrasi IoT dan AI untuk pengumpulan data dan analisis prediktif, promosi adopsi sistem, dan memastikan privasi serta keamanan data. Proyek ini menetapkan preseden untuk menggunakan Hyperledger Fabric guna mendukung praktik pertanian berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan peluang ekonomi bagi petani kecil, menawarkan model yang dapat direplikasi untuk wilayah dan sektor lainnya. | |
