Abstract: BIO GHIFARY FIRDAUS. Pengendalian Sistem Manajemen Kualitas Pada Proses Output Ascorbic Acid di Gudang Raw Material PT Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk. Dibimbing oleh YANDRA ARKEMAN. Laporan proyek akhir ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus yang dilatarbelakangi oleh terjadinya delay proses Ascorbic acid dalam periode bulan Juli hingga November 2023 dengan menggunakan metode kualitatiaf. Terjadinya delay proses output Ascorbic acid dapat dinilai dari umpan balik yang dirasakan operator kamar timbang yang mengalami keluhan berupa ketidaksesuaian waktu penimbangan dengan jadwal seharusnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya delay proses output dan memberikan usulan perbaikan. Terdapat beberapa faktor delay proses output Ascorbic acid¸ yaitu faktor inakurasi stok aktual dan sistem, mobilitas alat penanganan bahan terganggu, tidak sesuai SOP gudang, breakdown pada combi lift, dan keterlambatan jadwal retest. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan berupa penerapan logbook bahan baku untuk menurunkan faktor yang memiliki potential failure tertinggi, yaitu inakurasi stok aktual dan sistem dengan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) sebesar 80 untuk menurunkan tingkat delay proses output menjadi di bawah 27%.
BIO GHIFARY FIRDAUS. Quality Management System Control on Ascorbic Acid Output Process in the Raw Material Warehouse of PT Darya Varia Laboratoria Tbk. Supervised by YANDRA ARKEMAN. This final project report is a case study research prompted by the occurrence of delays in the Ascorbic Acid process during the period from July to November 2023, utilizing a qualitative method. The occurrence of delays in the output process of Ascorbic Acid can be assessed through feedback perceived by weighing room operators who experience complaints regarding discrepancies between weighing times and the scheduled appointments. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors causing delays in the output process and provide improvement suggestions. Several factors contributing to delays in the Ascorbic Acid output process are identified, including inaccuracies in actual stock and systems, disrupted equipment mobility, non-compliance with warehouse SOPs, breakdowns in the combi lift, and delayed retest schedules. The proposed improvement is the implementation of a raw material logbook to mitigate the factor with the highest potential failure, namely inaccuracies in actual stock and systems, with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 80 for reducing the output process delay rate to below 27%.
