MODERNISASI AKUNTANSI PENJUALAN DAN PERSEDIAAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI KLEDO DI UMKM ODESA KOPI BOGOR

Abstract

ISNA RAHMAWATI. Modernisasi Akuntansi Penjualan dan Persediaan Menggunakan Aplikasi Kledo di UMKM Odesa Kopi Bogor. Dibimbing oleh RIDWAN ZULPI AGHA. UMKM Odesa Kopi Bogor merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang produksi kopi bubuk. Akuntansi penjualan dan persediaan pada UMKM ini masih bersifat manual maka diperlukannya modernisasi berupa digitalisasi pada akuntansi penjualan dan persediannya. Modernisasi ini menggunakan aplikasi Kledo. Aplikasi Kledo sendiri merupakan aplikasi sistem akuntansi berbasis web dan Android yang akan mempermudah UMKM dalam pelaksanaan pencatatan keuangannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Metode evaluasi sistem yang digunakan adalah metode PIECES. Penerapan pada aplikasi ini berupa penerapan pada sistem penjualan dan sistem persediaan yang terdapat pada aplikasi Kledo. Modernisasi yang dilakukan pada akuntansi penjualan di UMKM ini adalah digitalisasi dokumen dan siklus penjualan. Sedangkan, modernisasi yang dilakukan pada persediaan di UMKM ini adalah digitalisasi persediaan dan akuntansi persediaan. Hasil evaluasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini belum cukup mudah dan belum cukup akurat untuk digunakan

The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The system evaluation method used is the PIECES method. The implementation of this application is in the form of application to the sales system and inventory system contained in the Kledo application. The modernization carried out in sales accounting in MSMEs is the digitization of documents and sales cycles. Meanwhile, the modernization carried out on inventory in MSMEs is digitalization of inventory and inventory accounting.
