Abstract: Sejak didirikannya tahun 1987 usaha Mie Ayam Bakso Diyan melakukan hanya sebatas pencatatan atas pemasukan dan pengeluaran kas secara manual yang tidak rutin, sehingga tidak mengetahui laba bersih yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang dan membangun penyusunan laba rugi berbasis web. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa pengamatan (observasi), wawancara, studi kepustakaan, teknik analisa data deskriptif kualitatif, dan metode pengembangan sistem berupa SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem web yang telah dibangun dan proses pengujian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat digunakan oleh pemilik usaha Mie Ayam Bakso Diyan untuk melakukan pencatatan transaksi yang terjadi, mampu menampilkan jurnal umum, buku besar, neraca saldo, jurnal penyesuaian, neraca lajur, dan laporan laba rugi. Saran yang dapat diberikan alangkah lebih baik melakukan pengembangan dalam hal peningkatan fungsionalitas sistem web dengan menambah, mengubah, dan menghapus data barang, serta menambahkan kartu persediaan (inventory card) secara otomatis.
Since its founding in 1987, the Diyan Chicken Meatball Noodle business has only been limited to recording cash income and expenditure manually, which is not routine, so it does not know the net profit obtained. The aim of this research is to design and build a web-based profit and loss statement. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, literature studies, qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques, and system development methods in the form of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The results of the research show that the web system that has been built and the testing process that has been carried out can be used by the owner of the Diyan Bakso Chicken Noodle business to record transactions that occur, capable of displaying general journals, ledgers, trial balances, adjusting journals, work balances and reports. profit and loss. Suggestions that can be given would be to carry out developments in terms of increasing the functionality of the web system by adding, changing and deleting item data, and adding inventory cards automatically.
