Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi yang efektif dan efisien untuk mengelola Selisih Rekonsiliasi Bank (SRB) Operasional berbasis Spreadsheet di Deputi Bidang Akuntansi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Permasalahan terjadi pada proses rekonsiliasi bank operasional karena pengguna kertas kerja belum memiliki kertas kerja selisih yang terstruktur dengan baik. Selain itu belum adanya sistem monitoring untuk menginformasikan SRB kepada pengguna unit kerja. Perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi SRB Operasional ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi akuntansi SRB operasional berbasis Spreadsheet berhasil diimplementasi dengan memuat kertas kerja selisih rekening koran, buku harian, data bersih, Cash in, cash out, kertas kerja Skronto, dan monitoring SRB.
This research aims to design an effective and efficient accounting information system to manage Spreadsheet based Operational Bank Reconciliation Differences (SRB) in the Deputy Accounting Division of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Problems occur in the operational bank reconciliation process because working paper users do not yet have well-structured difference working papers. Apart from that, there is no monitoring system to inform work unit users of SRB. The design of the SRB Operational accounting information system uses the waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which includes needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The result of this research is that the Spreadsheet-based operational SRB accounting information system was successfully implemented by containing working papers for checking account differences, diaries, net data, cash in, cash out, Skronto working papers, and SRB monitoring.
