| dc.description.abstract | Rabbit Brothers salah satu peternak kelinci yang didirikan pada tahun 2017 berlokasi di Jawa Barat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penjualan pakan kelinci Rabbit Brothers pada tahun 2023 mengalami fluktuasi. Semakin ketatnya persaingan, perusahaan perlu menentukan strategi dalam pengelolaan usaha untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peta strategi bedasarkan integrasi SWOT Balanced Scorecard, pengukuran kinerja, penilaian kinerja, dan implikasi manajerial kinerja pakan kelinci Rabbit Brothers dengan empat perspektif Balanced Scorecard. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis SWOT, Balanced Scorecard, Analytical Hierarchy Process Software Expert Choice, dan Key Performance Indicator Lead Indicator. Peta strategi pakan kelinci Rabbit Brothers salah satunya peningkatan profit, Kinerja pakan kelinci Rabbit Brothers yaitu sebesar 93,04% artinya kinerja perusahaan berada dalam kondisi sangat sehat dengan kategori (AAA). Kinerja empat perspektif Kinerja yang belum optimal dilakukan perbaikan atas inisiatif strategi salah satunya program membuat konten dan poster mengenai pakan kelinci Rabbit Brothers dengan membuat headline yang sedang trends. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Rabbit Brothers is a rabbit breeder founded in 2017 located in West Java, West Bandung Regency. Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed sales in 2023 will experience fluctuations. As competition increases, companies need to determine strategies in managing their business to determine the company's current performance. The aim of this research is to analyze a strategy map based on the integration of SWOT Balanced Scorecard, performance measurement, performance assessment, and managerial implications of Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed performance with four Balanced Scorecard perspectives. The methods in this research are SWOT Analysis, Balanced Scorecard, Analytical Hierarchy Process Software Expert Choice, and Key Performance Lead Indicator. Rabbit Brothers' rabbit feed strategy map includes increasing profits. The performance of Rabbit Brothers' rabbit feed is 93,04%, meaning the company's performance is in a very healthy condition in the (AAA) category. Performance from four perspectives. Performance that has not been optimal is carried out through strategic initiatives, one of which is the program to create content and posters about Rabbit Brothers rabbit feed by creating trending headlines. | - |
