Abstract: An important aspect of Indonesian society is the expansion of dairy farming enterprises. This activity aims to increase insight and skills to enter the world of livestock business, particularly knowing the flow of good business management to get quality fresh milk and knowing internal and external aspects through the analysis of the business environment and the feasibility of the fresh cow's milk business at Baqor Farm. Analysis used qualitative and quantitative methods. The analysis's findings indicate that 12.27 liters of milk are generated on average cow every day. Word of Mouth Method (WOMM) is the marketing strategy utilized for fresh cow's milk products. This results in two distribution flows: market to business and market to customer. The total amount spent for production came to IDR 66,535,000. Fresh milk revenue of IDR 87.923,000 from the sale of 10.111 liters of milk with an average price of IDR 7.133/liter. The profit obtained from the sale of fresh cow's milk IDR 21.387,950 from the total production cost. Break Even Point (BEP) revenue of IDR 22.530,195, Break Even Point (BEP) liter of 3.159 liters, Return On Investment 31.83%, and Revenue Cost Ratio 1.31.
Pertumbuhan usaha perternakan sapi perah merupakan faktor penting bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan serta keterampilan untuk turun ke dunia usaha peternakan khususnya mengetahui alur pengelolaan usaha yang baik untuk mendapatkan susu segar berkualitas dan mengetahui aspek internal dan aspek eksternal melalui analisis lingkungan usaha dan analisis kelayakan usaha susu sapi segar di Peternakan Baqor. Metode analisis menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa rataan produksi susu yang dihasilkan sebesar 12,27 liter/ekor/hari. Metode yang digunakan untuk memasarkan produk susu sapi segar menggunakan Word Of Mouth Method (WOMM) dengan alur distribusi yang dihasilkan yaitu, Market Business to Business dan Market to Customer. Biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp.66.535.000. Penerimaan susu segar sebesar Rp.87.923.000 dari hasil penjualan susu sebanyak 10.111 liter dengan rataan harga Rp.7.133/liter. Keuntungan yang didapat dari penjualan susu sapi segar sebesar Rp.21.387.950 dari total biaya produksi. Analisis Break Even Point (BEP) penerimaan sebesar Rp.22.530.195, Break Even Point (BEP) liter sebesar 3.159 liter, Return On Investment 31,83%, dan Revenue Cost Ratio 1,31.
