Abstract: Proses komunikasi organisasi antara PT Sinergi Transformasi Digital dan Perguruan Tinggi dalam program Kampus Merdeka Mandiri. Fokusnya termasuk peran komunikator dan komunikan, jenis media komunikasi yang digunakan, serta identifikasi tantangan dan solusi. Melalui kerjasama ini, perguruan tinggi dapat memahami lebih baik Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat diterapkan lebih luas dalam konteks kerjasama antara lembaga pendidikan dan industri di era perubahan digital. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui pelaksanaan Edufair Kampus Merdeka Mandiri terbagi menjadi dalam tiga tahap: prapelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pasca pelaksanaan. Tahap pra-pelaksanaan kegiatan Edufair Kampus Merdeka Mandiri melibatkan rapat koordinasi internal dan pembuatan proposal serta undangan kegiatan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di UC Makassar berhasil menarik minat peserta dan menciptakan platform efektif untuk kolaborasi dan pertukaran ide. Evaluasi pasca kegiatan menunjukkan kontribusi positif kegiatan terhadap peserta serta mendorong terciptanya ide-ide dan inisiatif baru yang mendukung visi Kampus Merdeka Mandiri.
The organizational communication process between PT Sinergi Transformasi Digital and Higher Education Institutions in the Kampus Merdeka Mandiri program involves both communicators and communicants. The focus includes the role of communicators and communicants, the types of communication media used, as well as the identification of challenges and solutions. Through this collaboration, higher education institutions can better understand. This research provides insights that can be applied more broadly in the context of cooperation between educational institutions and industries in the digital change era. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method through observation, structured interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this research reveal that the implementation of the Kampus Merdeka Mandiri Edufair is divided into three stages: pre-implementation, implementation, and post-implementation. The pre-implementation stage of the Kampus Merdeka Mandiri Edufair activities involves internal coordination meetings and the preparation of proposals and event invitations. The implementation of activities at UC Makassar successfully attracted participants
