dc.description.abstract | Kategori usaha UMKM menjadi pilihan sebagian besar masyarakat untuk mendapatkan penghasilan, terutama UMKM di bidang kuliner. Salah satu contoh sukses dari UMKM di industri kuliner adalah Ayam Goreng Mantul di Bogor Barat yang menawarkan hidangan ayam goreng. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kelayakan finansial usaha produksi dan penjualan usaha Ayam Goreng Mantul. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis aspek finansial yang meliputi Break Even Point (BEP) dan B/C ratio. Nilai BEP produksi tahun 2022 adalah 15.710 porsi dan pada tahun 2023 adalah 25.429 porsi. BEP harga tahun 2022 adalah Rp235.656.845 dan tahun 2023 adalah Rp381.441.321. B/C ratio tahun 2022 dan 2023 sebesar 1,3 dan 1,2. Hasil menunjukkan usaha Ayam Goreng Mantul menguntungkan dan usaha tersebut layak untuk terus dijalankan. | |
dc.description.abstract | The category of MSME businesses is the choice of most people to earn income, especially those in the culinary field. One successful example of an MSME in the culinary industry is Ayam Goreng Mantul in West Bogor, which offers fried chicken dishes. This research aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the production and sales of Ayam Goreng Mantul. The method used to analyze the financial aspects includes Break Even Point (BEP) and B/C ratio. The BEP production value in 2022 was 15.710 servings, and in 2023 it increased to 25.429 servings. The BEP price in 2022 was Rp235.656.845 and in 2023 it rose to Rp381.441.321. The B/C ratio in 2022 was 1.3, and in 2023 it increased to 1.2. These results indicate that Ayam Goreng Mantul is profitable and the business is worth continuing. | |
