Bearing Workshop is a Bearing maintenance facility that produces liquid waste from hydrocarbon compounds from grease contamination that has not been managed optimally. Environmentally friendly management efforts include the use of a consortium of hydrocarbonoclastic bacteria. The aim of the research is to identify the characteristics of liquid waste and calculate the percentage value of reduction in biodegradation activity by hydrocarbonoclastic bacteria. The experimental method uses observation times on days 0, 3, 6, and 9 with control variables. The dose of hydrocarbon bacteria is 0.03 grams with 200 grams of urea as a biostimulant in 3 liters of liquid waste. The experiment was carried out three times repeated. Liquid waste consists of a mixture of water, surfactant and grease. The observation results showed significant physical characteristics between the control treatment and the bacterial treatment. Dissolved Oxygen, temperature and pH values have supported biodegradation activity. From laboratory test results, oil and fat parameter values obtained a reduction percentage of 94%.
