Perbandingan Pertambahan Bobot Badan Domba Garut dengan Pemberian Konsentrat C40 dan Ph+ di PT Padepokan Jampang Farm

Abstract

Penggunaan jenis konsentrat yang tepat diperlukan agar pakan lebih efisien terhadap pertambahan bobot badan domba garut. Tujuan perbandingan pertambahan bobot domba garut dengan konsentrat C40 dan Ph+ ialah memberikan informasi terkait pertambahan bobot domba garut dengan dua jenis konsentrat di PT Padepokan Jampang Farm. Pengambilan data dilakukan di PT Padepokan Jampang Farm tanggal 6 April – 6 Mei 2024 pada jam kerja pukul 07.00 – 16.00 WIB. Konsumsi pakan harian kelompok P2 sebesar 2,438 kg/ekor/hari sedangkan kelompok P1 sebesar 2,435 kg/ekor/hari. Rataan PBBH pada kelompok P1 sebesar 61,3 gram sedangkan kelompok P2 sebesar 68,1 gram. Jenis pakan P2 menghasilkan nilai FCR sebesar 36. Jenis pakan P1 menghasilkan nilai mencapai 40. Uji T terhadap hasil konsumsi pakan harian, rataan PBBH, dan perhitungan FCR menunjukkan nilai (P>0,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara dua jenis pakan yang diberikan terhadap PBBH domba garut di PT Padepokan Jampang Farm.

The use of the right type of concentrate is necessary so that the feed is more efficient in increasing body weight of Garut sheep. The purpose of comparing the weight gain of garut sheep with C40 and Ph+ concentrates is to provide information regarding the weight gain of garut sheep with two types of concentrate at PT Padepokan Jampang Farm. Data collection was carried out at PT Padepokan Jampang Farm 6 April – 6 May 2024 during working hours 07.00 – 16.00 WIB. Daily feed consumption for the P2 group was 2.438 kg/head/day while for the P1 group it was 2.435 kg/head/day. The average DBWG in the P1 group was 61.3 grams while in the P2 group it was 68.1 grams. Type of feed P2 produces an FCR value of 36 and P1 produces a value of 40. The T test on the results of daily feed consumption, average DBWG, and FCR calculations shows a value of (P>0.05) which means there is no significant difference between the two types of feed given to DBWG arrowroot sheep at PT Padepokan Jampang Farm.
