Abstract: Pertumbuhan penduduk dalam lingkup perkotaan terus bertambah dari tahun ke tahun yang berdampak pada tingginya kandungan bahan pencemar di badan air salah satunya situ yang berada di DKI Jakarta yaitu Situ Babakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan status kualitas air Situ Babakan serta menganalisis hubungan tata guna lahan dengan kualitas air Situ Babakan, DKI Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan selama dua periode dengan tiga titik pengambilan sampel. Data sekunder juga digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang meliputi data kualitas air Situ Babakan tahun 2019, 2021, dan 2022. Kualitas air Situ Babakan tergolong ke dalam tercemar ringan, sedang, hingga berat. Tata guna lahan seperti daerah bervegetasi dan semak memiliki korelasi positif dan keterkaitan secara signifikan dengan parameter fecal coliform dan total coliform. Sementara itu, korelasi positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan terdapat pada tata guna lahan terbangun dan lahan terbuka terhadap parameter TDS.
The continuous growth of the urban population has led to an increase in the concentration of pollutants in water bodies, including "situ" (lakes) in DKI Jakarta, one of which is Situ Babakan. This study aims to determine the water quality status of Situ Babakan and analyze the relationship between land use and water quality of Situ Babakan, DKI Jakarta. The study was conducted over two periods with three sampling points. Secondary data was also used in this study, including water quality data of Situ Babakan from 2019, 2021, and 2022. Situ Babakan's water quality is classified as lightly, moderately and heavily polluted. Land use such as vegetated and shrub areas had a positive correlation and significant relationship with fecal coliform and total coliform parameters. Meanwhile, a very strong and significant positive correlation was found between built-up land and open land use and TDS parameters.
