dc.description.abstractPertumbuhan pasar minuman teh dan boba telah berkembang cepat di Indonesia. Gerai Haus! Dramaga merupakan salah satu gerai minuman teh dan boba yang mengalami kendala dalam perencanaan kebutuhan material/ bahan baku disebabkan perbedaan fluktuasi permintaan pada varian produk yang beragam, khususnya minuman. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Oktober 2023-Februari 2024 di gerai Haus! Dramaga, Bogor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi proses produksi, mengklasifikasikan varian produk minuman menggunakan ABC Class-Based, menentukan metode peramalan terbaik produk varian minuman prioritas utama diantara metode Trend Analysis, Double Exponential Smoothing, dan Decomposition, dan menentukan kebutuhan jumlah dan jadwal pemesanan material/ komponen varian produk minuman pilihan. Strategi proses produksi yang diterapkan gerai Haus! Dramaga adalah strategi proses fokus berulang. Terdapat 12 varian produk minuman yang termasuk kategori produk prioritas utama. Metode peramalan terbaik untuk 10 varian adalah metode Trend Analysis. Sedangkan metode peramalan terbaik dua varian sisanya adalah metode Decomposition. Berdasarkan hasil peramalan, terdapat tiga varian yang mengalami trend kenaikan pada permintaan, yaitu Choco Cheese Crunchy, Choco Ovaltine dan Strawberry Tea. Jumlah kebutuhan komponen varian Choco Cheese Crunchy diperoleh dari kalkulasi Bill of Material dan Jadwal Induk Produksi, dengan jadwal pemesanan maksimal 12 kali per tahun dan ukuran lot pemesanan berdasarkan kebutuhan bulanan.-
dc.description.sponsorshipThe tea and boba beverage market in Indonesia rapidly grew. Haus! Dramaga, a tea and boba outlet, faced challenges in material requirements planning due to fluctuating demand across various product variants. This study, conducted from October 2023 to February 2024 at Haus! Dramaga in Bogor, aimed to identify the production process strategy, classify beverage variants using the ABC Class-Based method, determine the best forecasting method for priority beverage variants among Trend Analysis, Double Exponential Smoothing, and Decomposition, and establish material order quantities and schedules for selected beverage variants. Haus! Dramaga applied a repetitive process focus strategy. Twelve beverage variants were identified as top priority products. Trend Analysis was the best forecasting method for ten variants, while Decomposition was best for the other two. Forecasting results showed an upward demand trend for Choco Cheese Crunchy, Choco Ovaltine, and Strawberry Tea. The required components for Choco Cheese Crunchy were determined using Bill of Material calculations and the Master Production Schedule, with a maximum ordering frequency of 12 times per year and lot sizes based on monthly needs.-
