Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran tahapan penyembuhan luka
Tikus diberi
luka insisi pada bagian dorsal tubuhnya sebanyak enam luka tiap tikus. Proses
penyembuhan luka diamati setiap dua hari sekali.
menunjukkan penurunan nilai luas area luka, peningkatan nilai analisis coloring,
This study aims to provide an easier and more accurate picture of the stages of healing of incised wounds with the help of ImageJ compared to naked observation based on changes in morphology anatomy, quantitative analysis of area size, percentage of closure, and degree of wound inflammation. Rats were given six incision wounds on their dorsal parts per rat. The wound-healing process was observed every two days. The observation data was processed using ImageJ imaging to measure the size area and color analysis of the wound. The distribution of the data was analyzed using a normality test. Then, the data was analyzed using the one-way ANOVA and Tukey tests. Wound contraction assay calculations were also carried out. Data is presented descriptively through photos and quantitatively in tables. The study's results showed a wound-healing process occurred in the incision wounds given to white rats. Quantification of wound conditions with ImageJ showed a decrease in wound area values and an increase in coloring analysis values, as well as an increase in wound contraction assay calculation results from day 0 to day 12. This means that the incision wound is closing and the skin color changes to normal. |
