dc.description.abstractPT Kui Indo Fishskin merupakan perusahaan yang berfokus dalam produksi dan pemasaran produk makanan ringan olahan perikanan. Saat ini, perusahaan tersebut menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, sementara manajemen sumber daya belum dikelola optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang dimiliki untuk mencapai keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan, serta memformulasikan strategi pengembangan bisnis untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan penentuan narasumber dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan value chain analysis dan VRIO analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Kui Indo Fishskin memiliki 40 sumber daya dan kapabilitas, 11 diantaranya merupakan sumber keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. Perusahaan tersebut juga harus memprioritaskan aspek operasional, inovasi, pemasaran, sumber daya, teknologi, dan finansial untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Formulasi strategi dengan mengeksplorasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas dan berfokus pada aspek prioritas, didapatkan 4 rekomendasi strategi pengembangan bisnis untuk meningkatkan daya saing PT Kui Indo Fishskin.id
dc.description.abstractPT Kui Indo Fishskin is a company that focuses on the production and marketing of processed fish snack products. Currently, the company is facing increasingly fierce competition, while resource management has not been managed optimally. This research aims to identify and evaluate the resources and capabilities they have to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, as well as formulate business development strategies to increase their competitiveness. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and determining sources using purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using value chain analysis and VRIO analysis. The research results show that PT Kui Indo Fishskin has 40 resources and capabilities, 11 of which are sources of sustainable competitive advantage. The company must also prioritize operational, innovation, marketing, resource, technological and financial aspects to increase its competitiveness. Strategy formulation by exploring resources and capabilities and focusing on priority aspects, obtained 4 recommendations for business development strategies to increase the competitiveness of PT Kui Indo Fishskin.id
