Abstract: Business is a transaction process of a products, goods and services to the market in order to benefit. To earn a profit, the entrepreneur must be able to capture a good business opportunity. One bright business prospects and opportunities is brownies business and it was captured by Mr.BrownCo. To grow the business, Mr. BrownCo need a tool that can look at the overall business conditions so that decisions can be taken. One of the tools that can be used is the business model canvas. Thus, the aim of this study is to identify the elements of the business model canvas Mr.BrownCo and create alternatives business models. Data were analyzed by qualitative deductive technique. The result showed that the business model of Mr.BrownCo not have a good relationship with customers and poor in value propositions. Therefore, given three alternative business models, namely the concept of co-creation, the concept of the typical souvenirs Bogor, and the concept of a combination of both. Thus, Mr. BrownCo can develop an appropriate business models and objectives of the company to earn big profits. As a suggestion, Mr.BrownCo can use the concept of composite to its business model Because it fits with the objectives of the company and generate huge profits.
