Abstract: Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) memiliki risiko yang tinggi untuk menderita hipertensi dilihat dari pola hidupnya. Hipertensi dapat diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti status gizi lebih, aktivitas fisik kurang, kualitas diet yang buruk, dan stres berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko hipertensi pada ASN dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Bandung (P2KBP3A). Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah case control. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 sampai dengan Februari 2024. Subjek merupakan ASN dinas P2KBP3A yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta lolos skrining tekanan darah. Subjek terbagi ke dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok hipertensi yang berjumlah 21 subjek dan kelompok non hipertensi yang berjumlah 29 subjek. Hasil uji beda chi square menunjukkan terdapat perbeda (p<0,05) pada jenis kelamin, riwayat penyakit hiperkolesterolemia, riwayat penyakit diabetes melitus, dan riwayat penyakit keluarga hipertensi pada kelompok hipertensi dan kelompok non hipertensi ASN dinas P2KBP3A. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin (OR: 50,994; 95%CI: 3,64-712,88), riwayat penyakit (OR:14,933; 95%CI: 1,25-178,10), dan riwayat penyakit hiperkolesterolemia (OR: 7,623; 95%CI: 1,13-51,22) merupakan faktor risiko hipertensi pada ASN dinas P2KBP3A
Civil Servants have a high risk of suffering from hypertension based on their lifestyle. Hypertension can be caused by several factors such as excessive nutritional status, lack of physical activity, poor diet quality, and prolonged stress. This study aims to determine the risk factors of hypertension in civil servants of the Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection Department in Bandung Regency. The research design used in this study is a case-control study. The research was conducted from December 2023 to February 2024. The subjects were civil servants who met the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria, and passed blood pressure screening test. The subjects were divided into two groups: the hypertension group consisting of 21 subjects and the non hypertension group consisting of 29 subjects. The results of the chi-square test showed differences (p<0.05) in gender, medical history of hypercholesterolemia, history of diabetes mellitus, and history of family hypertension disease in the hypertension group and the non hypertension group of civil servants in this department. The results of multivariate analysis showed that men (OR=50.994; 95%CI: 3.64-712.88), family history of hypertension (OR=0.067; 95%CI: 0.01-0.79), and medical history of hypercholesterolemia (OR: 7,623; 95%CI: 1,13-51,22) were risk factors of Hypertension in civil servants in this department.
