| Abstract: | Pesisir Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki kerentanan pesisir yang tinggi akibat interaksi
Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS).
Nilai positif berarti pantai mengalami akresi
sedangkan nilai negatif pantai mengalami abrasi.
The coast of Indramayu Regency had high coastal vulnerability due to the interaction of land and sea so it easily experiences physical changes such as changes in coastlines. Detection of coastline changes using remote sensing technology is an observation method that can be carried out multi-temporally. This research aims to map and determine coastline changes in Indramayu Regency, West Java using Sentinel-2A imagery in 2016 and 2022 using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) method. The results of the DSAS method show coastline change values with positive and negative values. A positive value means the beach is experiencing accretion while a negative value is that the beach is experiencing abrasion. The highest abrasion rate occurred in Paben Illir Village, meanwhile, the highest accretion occurred in Krangkeng Village. The factors for abrasion were waves, currents, and the conversion of mangroves into ponds resulting in a decline in the coastline. The factors that cause accretion were sedimentation processed by river flows. Keywords: Abrasion, Accretion, DSAS, Shoreline |
