Abstract: | Forum SINTHESA IPB Desa Jarak sebagai bisnis kolektif dibentuk untuk
memaksimalkan skala usaha pada tiga lembaga di Desa Jarak, yaitu BUMDes, SASPRI-K,
dan GAPOKTAN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya organisasi dan
kepemimpinan yang cocok untuk diterapkan serta strategi agar budaya organisasi dan
kepemimpinan dapat mendukung keberlanjutan Forum SINTHESA IPB Desa Jarak.
Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada pakar yang merupakan perwakilan
dari Pembina IPB, SASPRI-Nas, dan pimpinan dari Forum SINTHESA IPB Desa Jarak.
Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif,
Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), dan Analytical Hierarchy Process
(AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis budaya organisasi yang diharapkan pada
Forum SINTHESA IPB Desa Jarak adalah budaya clan. Kepemimpinan yang cocok untuk
diterapkan berdasarkan karakter kepemimpinan meliputi tidak mementingkan diri sendiri,
kejujuran, menghargai harkat dan martabat manusia, empati, dan sikap untuk mencapai
hasil terbaik. Dalam analisis strategi implementasi budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan
untuk mendukung keberlanjutan Forum SINTHESA IPB Desa Jarak, faktor terpenting
yaitu budaya organisasi, aktor terpenting yaitu Pembina SASPRI-Nas, tujuan terpenting
yaitu meningkatkan profesionalitas BUMDes, SASPRI-K, dan GAPOKTAN, dan alternatif
strategi terpenting yaitu pendampingan. SINTHESA IPB forum Jarak Village as a collective business was formed to maximize the business scale of three institutions in Desa Jarak, BUMDes, SASPRI-K, and GAPOKTAN. This research aims to analyze a suitable organizational culture and leadership to be implemented as well as strategies so that organizational culture and leadership can support the sustainability of SINTHESA IPB forum Jarak Village. Sampling in this research was carried out among experts who were representatives of the committee of IPB, SASPRI-Nas, and leaders of SINTHESA IPB forum Jarak Village. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the research show that the type of organizational culture expected at SINTHESA IPB forum Jarak Village is clan culture. Leadership that is suitable to be implemented based on leadership character includes selflessness, honesty, respect for human dignity, empathy, and pursuit of excellence. In the analysis of strategies for implementing organizational culture and leadership to support the sustainability of SINTHESA IPB forum Jarak Village, the most important factor is organizational culture, the most important actor is SASPRINas committee, the most important goal is to increase the professionalism of BUMDes, SASPRI-K, and GAPOKTAN, and the most important alternative strategy is accompaniment. |
