Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamati pertumbuhan plantlet E. urophylla pada beberapa kombinasi media tumbuh pasir, tanah, kompos. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium "Tissue Culture" dan rumah kaca Tropical Forest Biology BIOTROP selama sepuluh bulan.
