Abstract: Indonesia memiliki gap antara jumlah timbulan sampah dengan pengelolaannya di industri daur ulang. Recylist merupakan waste management platform yang dapat memenuhi ketersediaan bahan baku sampah pelaku usaha daur ulang. Rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini didasarkan atas penggunaan metode customer discovery agar menciptakan Recylist bersifat product-market fit. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 15 orang pada proses uji masalah dan lima orang pada proses uji solusi. Data diolah menggunakan analisis model Miles and Huberman dan statistik deskriptif. Pada tahap awal, Recylist menargetkan calon pengguna dari sisi industri daur ulang kepada earlyvangelist yang ditetapkan dengan jumlah 19.431 usaha di ProvinsiJakarta dan Jawa Barat. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa rancangan model bisnis dan high-fidelity prototype berbasis teknologi yang telah terverifikasi berdasarkan hasil proses pada tahap hipotesis, uji masalah, dan uji solusi sehingga diputuskan bahwa model bisnis dapat dilanjutkan pada tahapan customer development selanjutnya.
Indonesia has a gap between the amount of waste generated and its management in therecycling industry. Recylist is a waste management platform that can fulfil the availability of waste raw materials for recycling businesses. The problem formulation and objectives of this researchare based on the use of the customer discovey method to create Recylist product-market fit.The number of samples was determined to be 15 people in the problemtest process and fivepeople in the solution test process. Data was processed using Miles and Huberman model analysis and descriptive statistics. In the first stage, Recylist targeted potential users from the recycling industry sector to the defined earlyvangelists with a total of 19,431 businessesin Jakarta and West Java Provinces. The final result of this research is a design of the technology based business model and high-fidelity prototype has been verified based on the results of the process at the hypothesis stage, problem test, and solution test so that it is decided that the business model can be continued at the next stage of customer development.
