The objective of this research was to know the right milking interval for maximum milk production. Four of Fries Holland cows were milked at 12:12 and 10:14 daily interval to determine the effect of milking interval on the milk production. The cows were kept at Field Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Science. The data were analyzed by randomize complete block design. The result showed that cows milked at 10:14 interval produce less milk than the cows milked at 12:12 interval, but it was not significant (P>0.05). The milk production in10:14 interval were 1.37% less than that of the cows milked at 12:12 interval. More milk secreted was observed at shorter milking interval than that of longer milking interval. Udder pressure gradually increased after milking it will make decreasing milk secretion rate due to increasing milking interval.id
