Abstract: UMK batik tulis merupakan salah satu pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah namun sebagian besar pelaku UMK belum bisa memasarkan produknya secara maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal lingkungan bisnis usaha mikro Batik Tulis El Java Pekalongan dan usaha kecil Batik Tulis Wardah Banjarnegara menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, merumuskan alternatif menggunakan matriks SWOT, mengambil prioritas keputusan melalui Analysis Network Process (ANP), dan merencanakan model bisnis dengan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa usaha mikro Batik Tulis El Java Pekalongan perlu menerapkan 4 prioritas strategi yaitu memanfaatkan pelatihan digitalisasi, memanfaatkan pelatihan manajemen bisnis, melakukan pengembangan desain motif, dan mendirikan galeri batik tulis. Sedangkan usaha kecil Batik Tulis Wardah Banjarnegara perlu menerapkan 4 prioritas strategi yaitu menambah karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang IT, meningkatkan kualitas dan keunggulan, memanfaatkan pelatihan digitalisasi, dan mengembangkan media sosial.
Batik tulis MSMEs are one of the drivers of economic growth in the region, but most MSMEs actors have not been able to market their products optimally. The purpose of this research is to identify internal and external factors in the business environment of Batik MSMEs El Java Pekalongan and Batik Wardah Banjarnegara MSMEs using a factor evaluation matrix. internal and external (IFE, EFE), formulate alternatives using the SWOT matrix, prioritize decisions through the Analysis Network Process (ANP), and plan a business model with the Business Model Canvas (BMC). From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Batik El Java Pekalongan needs to implement 4 priority strategies, namely utilizing digitalization training, utilizing business management training, developing motif designs, and establishing a batik gallery. Meanwhile, Batik Wardah Banjarnegara needs to implement 4 strategic priorities namely adding employees who have competence in the field of IT, improving quality and excellence, utilizing digitalization training, and developing social media.
