dc.description.abstractHadirnya seorang pemimpin pastinya diharapkan dapat menjadi seorang yang dapat mendorong masyarakat kearah yang lebih sejahtera. Peran pemimpin dapat dianalisis dari 3 kelompok yakni peran pemimpin secara motivator, Fasilitator, dan Mobilisator. Jika pemimpin telah mampu menjalankan ketiga peran pemimpin tersebut, diharapakan modal sosial juga terbentuk pada masyarakat, bentuk modal sosial yang terbentuk yakni bonding, briding dan linking. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai hubungan peran pemimpin informal, dengan terbentuknya modal sosial yang ada di masyarakat dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif atau biasa disebut mix method. Pada metode pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan wawancara terstruktur, sedangkan pada penelitian kualitatif menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan metode sensus, sementara informan dipilih berdasarkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan terkait peran pemimpin yang ada secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara peran pemimpin informal dengan terbentuknya modal sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Secara kualitatif diketahui bahwa modal sosial terbentuk karena adanya beberapa faktor yakni : lingkungan yang homogen, ketergantungan ekonomi, kebutuhan ekonomi, tradisi dan budaya yang ada, kebutuhan bersama, partisipasi, serta keuntungan yang diperoleh.id
dc.description.abstractThe presence of a leader is certainly expected to be someone who can push society towards a more prosperous direction. The role of the leader can be analyzed from 3 groups, namely the role of the leader as a motivator, facilitator and mobilizer. If the leader has been able to carry out the three leadership roles, it is hoped that social capital will also be formed in the community, the forms of social capital that are formed are bonding, briding and linking. This research will examine the relationship between the role of informal leaders and the formation of social capital in society by using quantitative and qualitative approaches or commonly called the mix method. The quantitative approach uses structured interviews, while the qualitative research uses in-depth interviews. The research sample will be selected using the census method, while the informants will be selected based on experience and knowledge regarding the role of existing leaders by purposive sampling. The research results show that there is no relationship between the role of informal leaders and the formation of social capital in society. Qualitatively, it is known that social capital is formed due to several factors, namely: a homogeneous environment, economic dependence, economic needs, existing traditions and culture, shared needs, participation, and profits obtained.id
