Title: Analisis Sifat Kristal dan Optik di dalam Keramik SrTiO3 didadah Cuprum(II) asetat

Abstract: Analisis keramik SrTiO3 dengan pendadah Cuprum(II) asetat (Cu(CH3COO)2), variasi konsentrasi pendadah yang digunakan 0%; 0,5%; dan 1% menggunakan metode reaksi padatan (solid state reaction) berhasil dilakukan. Proses annealing dilakukan mulai dari suhu ruang kemudian dinaikkan hingga suhu annealing 850 oC dengan kenaikan suhu 1,67 oC/menit dan ditahan konstan selama 8 jam. Berikutnya dilanjutkan dengan proses pendinginan sampai kembali pada suhu kamar selama 13 jam. Analisis data XRD menggunakan metode Cramer-Cohen menghasilkan parameter kisi a sebesar 3,909 Å; 3,906 Å; dan 3,905 Å, berstruktur kristal kubik. Menentukan nilai Optik Longitudinal (LO) dan Optik Transversal (TO). Nilai energi bandgap yang dihasilkan dari analisis dengan fungsi Kubelka-Munk dan metode tauc plot untuk direct transition berkisar 3,559 eV-3,322 eV.
Analysis of SrTiO3 ceramics with Cuprum(II) acetate (Cu(CH3COO)2) , the various concentrations of the scavenger used were 0%; 0,5%; and 1% using the solid state reaction method was successfully carried out. The annealing process was carried out starting at room temperature and then raised to an annealing temperature of 850 oC with a temperature increase of 1,67 oC /minute and held constant for 8 hours. Then proceed with the cooling process until it returns to room temperature for 13 hours. XRD data analysis using the Cramer-Cohen method yielded lattice parameters a of 3,909 Å; 3,906 Å; and 3,905 Å, with a cubic crystal structure. Determine the Longitudinal Optic (LO) and Transverse Optic (TO) values. The bandgap energy values resulting from the analysis using the Kubelka-Munk function and the tauc plot method for the direct transition range from 3,559 eV to 3,322 eV.
