Model Agroforestri Berbasis Persepsi dan Preferensi Petani Agroforestri Desa Situdaun, Kecamatan Tenjolaya, Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Pengembangan hutan rakyat di Kabupaten Bogor memiliki potensi yang cukup besar. Penerapan model agroforestri dengan memperhatikan persepsi dan preferensi petani terhadap pemilihan jenis tanaman dan model tanam menjadi salah satu solusi untuk keberhasilan agroforestri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi petani dalam pengelolaan agroforestri, mengidentifikasi preferensi jenis tanaman yang berpotensi dibudidayakan, dan membangun rekomendasi model agroforestri yang layak secara finansial di hutan rakyat Desa Situdaun. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan metode sensus melalui wawancara dan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi petani terhadap pengelolaan agroforestri pada subsistem produksi (75,1%) dan subsistem pemasaran (72,5%) dengan kategori baik, sementara itu subsistem pengolahan (59,6%) dan subsistem kelembagaan (63,8%) pada kategori cukup. Model agroforestri yang direkomendasikan secara finansial layak untuk diusahakan dan menghasilkan keuntungan yang lebih besar dibandingkan model eksisting dengan nilai NPV pada setiap model I dan II sebesar Rp 697.419.560/ha dan Rp 693.092.863/ha, BCR sebesar 1,87, serta IRR sebesar 39,31% dan 38,99%.

The development of community forests in Bogor Regency has great potential. One strategy for successful implementation of agroforestry is to utilize models that consider farmers' perceptions and preferences in the selection of plant species and cropping patterns. This study aims to analyze the farmers' perceptions of agroforestry management, identify the preferences for plant species that have potential to be cultivated, and provide recommendations an agroforestry model for a feasible financial analysis in the private forest Situdaun village. Data collection was conducted using the census method with interviews and a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results showed that the farmers’ perception of agroforestry management in the production subsystem (75.1%) and marketing subsystem (72.5%) were in the good category, while the processing subsystem (59.6%) and institutional subsystem (63.8%) were in the fair category. The recommended agroforestry model is financially feasible and generates greater profits than the existing model with NPV values of Rp 697.419.560/ha and Rp 693.092.863/ha for model I and II, with a BCR of 1,87 and an IRR of 39,31% and 38,99%, respectively.
