dc.description.abstract | Pembangunan Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) merupakan upaya peningkatan infrastruktur transportasi yang disertai dengan pengembangan transportasi massal demi mengurangi kemacetan. Namun, dalam realisasinya ternyata proyek KCJB mengalami pembengkakan biaya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dipertimbangkan apakah proyek KCJB sebaiknya dieksekusi saat ini atau ditunda. Pengambilan keputusan proyek KCJB dapat dilakukan dengan analisis real option menggunakan deferral option. Pengestimasian arus kas bersih tahunan dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa asumsi seperti inflasi konstan dan biaya operasional berdasarkan penelitian high-speed rail di Eropa yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan rasio purchasing power parity antara Indonesia dan Eropa. Hasil analisis real option menggunakan metode Binomial lattice menunjukkan bahwa proyek KCJB sebaiknya ditunda untuk saat ini. | id |
dc.description.abstract | The construction of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway aims to enhance the transport infrastructure as well as developing mass transport to overcome the heavy traffic. However, it turned out the Jakarta-Bandung HSR project experienced cost overruns. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the Jakarta-Bandung HSR project should be exercised at this time or deferred. The decision-making for the Jakarta-Bandung HSR project could be done using real option analysis with a deferral option. Annual net cash flow was estimated using some assumptions, such as constant inflation and operating cost, based on research about Europe’s high-speed rail, which is adjusted by the ratio of Purchasing Power Parity between Indonesia and Europe. The result from real option analysis with binomial lattice shows that the Jakarta-Bandung HSR project should be deferred. | id |
