Abstract: Stres kerja merupakan masalah umum yang sering terjadi di seluruh pekerja. Salah satunya yaitu bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit yang dilakukan oleh perawat. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab stres perawat salah satunya ketika bertugas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) dengan kurangnya tenaga kerja perawat yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pasien yang datang. Penelitian dilakukan pada Februari 2022 sampai Agustus 2023 di Jl. Lang Sesat, Dalam, Taliwang, Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor stres kerja pada perawat IGD di RSUD Asy-Syifa Sumbawa Barat dan memberikan upaya dan solusi dalam mengelola stres. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara, dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan sampel berjumlah 10 orang. Metode analisis yaitu analisis crosstab dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan faktor faktor yang menyebabkan stres kerja perawat IGD yaitu pada faktor individu pada sub permasalahan ekonomi, konflik peran (rekan kerja dan pasien) dan faktor organisasi pada sub tuntutan tugas. Model pengelolaan stres perawat IGD disajikan dalam model input-process-output.
Work stress is a common problem that often occurs in all types of work. One of these is the form of services provided by hospitals that are carried out by nurses. One of the factors that causes nurse stress is when they are on duty in the Emergency Room (ER) with a lack of nursing staff that is not proportional to the number of patients who come. The research was conducted in February 2022 until August 2023 at Jl. Lang Sesat, Dalam, Taliwang, Sumbawa Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat.This study aimed to describe the factors of work stress on emergency room nurses at Asy-Syifa Hospital in West Sumbawa and provide efforts and solutions in managing stress. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires, and interviews, with primary and secondary data. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 10 people. The analytical methods used were crosstab analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the research identified factors that caused work stress for emergency room nurses, including individual factors related to economic problems, role conflict with co-workers and patients, as well as organizational factors related to task demands. An ER nurse stress management model was presented in the input-process-output model.
