Abstract: Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan salah satu kelembagaan ekonomi pedesaan yang keberadaannya menjadi implikasi dari kebijakan mengenai otonomi daerah. Salah satu program yang ada di BUMDes adalah program simpan pinjam. Pencapaian efektivitas program pada BUMDes tersebut memerlukan adanya modal sosial berupa keterlibatan, kepercayaan, serta kerja sama antara sesama peserta program maupun dengan pengelola BUMDes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pelaku usaha terhadap efektivitas program simpan pinjam pada BUMDes Cikarawang. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan mix method dengan instrumen kuesioner dan panduan wawancara. Teknik pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendorong modal sosial terdiri dari tingkat kecemburuan sosial dan tingkat pemahaman SDM. Sedangkan faktor penghambat terdiri dari tingkat partisipasi dan tingkat kerja sama. Tingkat efektivitas program tergolong sedang dan tingkat partisipasi merupakan satu-satunya faktor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan tingkat efektivitas program
Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are one of the rural economic institutions whose existence is an implication of policies regarding regional autonomy. One of the programs in BUMDes is savings and loans program. Achieving program effectiveness in BUMDes requires social capital in the form of involvement, trust, and cooperation between fellow program participants and BUMDes managers. This study aims to analyze the perception of business actors on the effectiveness of the savings and loans program at BUMDes Cikarawang. The study was conducted using a mix method with questionnaire instruments and interview guides. The respondent selection technique is carried out by simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the driving factors of social capital are the level of social jealousy and the level of understanding of business actors. While the inhibiting factors are the level of participation and the level of cooperation. The level of program effectiveness is moderate and the level of participation is the only factor that has a significant relationship with the level of program effectiveness
