dc.description.abstractMinyak pala terpeneless yang dimurnikan menggunakan vacuum distiller bertujuan untuk mempersingkat waktu proses pemurnian sehingga minyak atsiri yang diperoleh memiliki kandungan miristisin yang tinggi. Sehingga komponen miristisin digunakan sebagai indikator penentu kualitas minyak pala terpeneless. Hal ini yang membuat PT. Alam Indonesia Raharja tertarik dalam menghadapi permintaan yang tinggi terkait minyak pala dan minyak pala terpeneless. Penelitian ini berfokus membantu PT. Alam Indonesia Raharja dalam membuat perancangan alat dan tata letak industri minyak pala terpeneless. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung kepada informan yang nantinya berguna untuk perancangan alat dan tata letak industri minyak pala terpeneless. Alat distilasi vakum yang dibutuhkan berkapasitas 100 kg/batch. Untuk dimensi reboiler tank yaitu panjang 1.789 m, dan diameter 1,193 m. Kolom distilasi yaitu untuk panjang 2,5 m, diameter 0,202 m. Untuk dimensi kondensor, panjang 1,4 m dan diameter 0,185. Tata letak industri minyak pala terpeneless menggunakan metode Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP). Pada Perancangan tata letak, dibutuhkan 9 ruang yang meliputi ruang produksi dan ruang nonproduksi. Untuk perhitungan Total Closeness Rating (TCR), untuk nilai TCR tertinggi yaitu ruang produk jadi sehingga menjadi pusat tata letak pabrik minyak pala terpeneless. Untuk perhitungan area masing-masing departemen, dibutuhkan 200 m².id
dc.description.abstractTerpeneless nutmeg oil is refined using a vacuum distiller to shorten the refining process time so that the essential oil obtained has a high myristicin content. So that the myristicin component is used as an indicator of the quality of terpeneless nutmeg oil. This is what makes PT Alam Indonesia Raharja interested in facing the high demand for nutmeg oil and terpeneless nutmeg oil. This research focuses on helping PT Alam Indonesia Raharja in making the design of tools and layout of the terpeneless nutmeg oil industry. The research method used uses a quantitative approach through interviews and direct observation to informants which will be useful for designing tools and layout of the terpeneless nutmeg oil industry. The vacuum distillation equipment needed has a capacity of 100 kg/batch. The dimensions of the reboiler tank are 1.789 m long, and 1.193 m in diameter. The distillation column is for a length of 2.5 m, diameter 0.202 m. For the dimensions of the condenser, the length is 1.4 m and the diameter is 0.185. The layout of the terpeneless nutmeg oil industry uses the Computerized Relationship Layout Planning (CORELAP) method. In the layout design, 9 spaces are needed which include production space and non-production space. For the calculation of Total Closeness Rating (TCR), the highest TCR value is the finished product room so that it becomes the center of the terpeneless nutmeg oil factory layout. For the calculation of the area of each department, 200 m² is required.id
