| dc.description.abstract | Kabupaten Karawang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan kopi robusta dengan luas lahan yang terus bertambah dan hasil produksi yang meningkat. Peningkatan produksi perlu diikuti dengan adanya sistem pemasaran yang dapat menyerap hasil tersebut. Adanya permasalahan seperti petani yang bertindak sebagai price taker dan perbedaan harga green beans yang relatif besar di tingkat petani dan konsumen akhir membuat penelitian terkait sistem pemasaran penting dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pemasaran biji kopi robusta di Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Tegalwaru dan Kecamatan Pangkalan. Penentuan sampel petani ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling dan penentuan responden lembaga pemasaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah marjin pemasaran, farmer’s share, dan rasio keuntungan terhadap biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat adalah pengumpul kecil, pengumpul besar, pedagang besar, dan BUMDes. Ada empat saluran pemasaran yang terbentuk. Saluran pemasaran yang dianggap relatif efisien adalah saluran pemasaran I yang terdiri dari (petani – pedagang besar – konsumen) karena memiliki nilai marjin pemasaran Rp5.806, dan farmer’s share 77,93 persen. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | Karawang Regency has the potential to develop Robusta coffee with increasing land area and production. Increased production needs to be followed by a good marketing system. Marketing analysis is important due to the existence of problems such as farmers acting as price takers and relatively large differences in the price of green beans at the farm level and at the end consumer level. This study aims to analyze the Robusta coffee beans marketing system in Kabupaten Karawang. The research was conducted in Kecamatan Tegalwaru and Kecamatan Pangkalan. Simple random sampling was applied for selecting farmer respondents followed by snowball sampling method for the marketing institutions. The data was analyzed with marketing margin, farmer's share and profit to cost ratio approach. The results showed that the marketing institutions involved were small collectors, large collectors, large traders and BUMDes. Four marketing channels are identified. The marketing channel that is considered relatively efficient is marketing channel I consisting of (farmers - large traders - consumers) because it has a marketing margin value of IDR 5,806 and a farmer's share of 77.93 percent. | id |
