dc.description.abstractPerkembangan industri event organizer yang semakin pesat di Indonesia menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan bagi pengguna dalam memilih event organizer yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan pengguna dalam menggunakan event organizer, merancang fitur, purwarupa, dan model bisnis Evereal. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan customer discovery. Berdasarkan hasil uji masalah ditemukan tujuh masalah yang dirasakan responden saat ingin menggunakan event organizer, beberapa diantaranya yaitu keraguan mengenai event organizer, sulit menemukan event organizer yang diinginkan, dan tidak mengetahui alur pemesanan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah "Evereal", sebuah marketplace berbasis situs web yang menghubungkan berbagai vendor dengan pengguna dilengkapi berbagai fitur di dalamnya. Berdasarkan uji solusi, responden menerima solusi tersebut sebagai jawaban untuk permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Model bisnis Evereal telah terverifikasi berdasarkan aspek kesesuaian produk dengan pasar, cara mencapai pelanggan, dan bagaimana perusahaan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan.id
dc.description.abstractThe rapid development of the event organizer industry in Indonesia has led to various challenges for users in selecting the appropriate event organizer. This research aims to identify users' needs and issues in utilizing event organizers, design features and a prototype for "Evereal," and establish the Evereal business model. The employed methodology is qualitative descriptive with a customer discovery approach. Based on the problem validation results, seven issues were identified that respondents encounter when seeking to engage event organizers. Some of these issues include doubts regarding event organizers, difficulties in finding suitable event organizers, and a lack of understanding about the service booking process. The proposed solution is "Evereal," a website-based marketplace that connects users with various vendors, equipped with a range of integrated features. According to solution validation, respondents accepted the proposed solution as an answer to the issues presented in this research. The Evereal business model has been verified through three aspects: product-market fit, customer acquisition strategy, and revenue generation mechanisms.id
