| dc.description.abstract | Pengurus Desa Wisata Alamendah berkeinginan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan ingin mencapai target jumlah wisatawan yang ditetapkan oleh Disbudpar Kabupaten Bandung. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 membuat target jumlah wisatawan tidak tercapai dan membuat berbagai kegiatan belum terlaksana dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keadaan kepengurusan dilihat dari sistem manajemen organisasinya menggunakan proses bisnis, matriks RACI, dan analisis beban kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara mendalam yang dilakukan pada Mei hingga Juli 2023 kepada pengurus serta melalui studi literatur. Melalui penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa saat ini pelaksanaan proses bisnis sudah terlaksana dengan baik, namun perlu adanya perbaikan berupa pengadaan ketua pada setiap bidangnya, dan dilakukan perubahan pembagian kerja sehingga tidak ada lagi posisi yang memiliki beban kerja overload. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dibuat struktur organisasi bentuk matriks untuk memudahkan dalam memahami proses organisasi kedepannya bagi pengurus Desa Wisata Alamendah. | id |
| dc.description.abstract | The management of Alamendah Tourism Village wants to be able to improve the quality of service and wants to achieve the target number of tourists set by the Bandung Regency Disbudpar. The COVID-19 pandemic has made the target number of tourists not achieved and made various activities not implemented properly. Therefore, this study aims to identify the state of management seen from its organizational management system using business processes, RACI matrix, and workload analysis. This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative methods, data obtained through in-depth interviews conducted from May to July 2023 to the management and through literature studies. Through this research, it was found that currently the implementation of business processes has been carried out well, but there is a need for improvement in the form of procuring a chairman in each field, and changing the division of labor so that there are no more positions that have overload workloads. Based on these results, a matrix organizational structure was created to make it easier to understand the future organizational processes for the Alamendah Tourism Village management | id |
