Dinamika Perubahan Tutupan Lahan dan Tingkat Perkembangan Wilayah di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 1.322.474 jiwa (BPS 2022) dengan tingkat kepadatan penduduk yang cukup tinggi. Tingginya kepadatan penduduk tersebut dapat menyebabkan jumlah permintaan lahan semakin meningkat yang dapat mempengaruhi dinamika perubahan tutupan lahan. Berkembangnya berbagai aktivitas dapat mendorong terjadinya alih fungsi lahan, meningkatnya jumlah dan jenis fasilitas sehingga dapat berimplikasi pada perkembangan wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis dinamika perubahan tutupan lahan; (2) Membandingkan nilai IPK di Kabupaten Bojonegoro pada dua titik tahun 2008 dan 2020; (3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat perkembangan wilayah di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode yang digunakan yaitu overlay (GIS analysis), analisis skalogram, dan analisis Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). Perubahan tutupan lahan terbesar terjadi pada hutan dengan penurunan luas dari 99.815 ha (2000) menjadi 84.845 ha (2020), sedangkan tutupan lahan terbangun mengalami peningkatan perluasan dari 12.665 ha (2000) menjadi 22.901 ha (2020). Kecamatan Bojonegoro memiliki nilai IPK tertinggi 44,043 (2008) dan 44,917 (2020) karena memiliki jumlah penduduk tertinggi, pusat pemerintahan, dan pusat aktivitas masyarakat. Hasil analisis GWR Nilai local R2 tertinggi tersebar di wilayah bagian timur sedangkan nilai local R2 terendah tersebar di wilayah bagian barat wilayah administrasi. Variabel yang berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan wilayah yaitu jumlah fasilitas pendidikan, jumlah fasilitas kesehatan, jumlah fasilitas ekonomi, dan jumlah industri, sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan wilayah yaitu kejadian banjir.

Bojonegoro Regency is a district in East Java Province which has a population of 1,322,474 people (BPS, 2022) with high population density. High population growth can increase demand of land to increase, affecting the dynamics of land cover change. Increasing human activity causes the phenomenon of land conversion, increase the number, and type of facilities that could have implications for the regional development. The objective of this research are 1) To analyze the dynamics of land cover change, 2) To compare SDI (Sub-district Development Index) scores at two points in 2008 and 2020 in Bojonegoro Regency, 3) To analyze factors affecting the level of regional development in Bojonegoro Regency. The methods used are overlay (GIS analysis), scalogram analysis, and Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) analysis. The most significant land cover change occurred in forest cover, with a decrease in the area from 99,815 ha (2000) to 84,845 ha (2020), while built-up are increased from 12,665 ha (2000) to 22,901 ha (2020). Bojonegoro District has the highest SDI of 44.043 (2008) and 44.917 (2020) because it has the highest population, became the capital regency, and became central business district. Based on GWR analysis results, the highest local R2 located in the eastern part, while the lowest local R2 located in the western part of the administrative area of Bojonegoro Regency. Variables that positively affect regional development are the number of educational facilities, the number of health facilities, the number of economic facilities, and the number of industries, meanwhile the variable that negatively affects regional development is the occurrence of floods.
