Abstract: Modern Rice Milling Plant (MRMP) Lampung merupakan infrastruktur modern pengolah beras yang baru saja beroperasi untuk mengolah beras premium. Namun, saat ini diketahui produktivitas produksi beras premium masih rendah dan informasi mengenai efektivitas rangkaian mesin MRMP Lampung juga masih kurang. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengukuran Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk mengetahui seberapa baik mesin moden ini bekerja. Six Big Losses adalah enam kerugian yang harus dihindari oleh setiap perusahaan yang dapat mengurangi tingkat efektifitas suatu mesin. MRMP Lampung memiliki empat stasiun atau line produksi utama yaitu: line intake gabah, line pengeringan, line penggilingan, dan line pengemasan, pada penelitian ini pengukuran nilai OEE dan Six Big Losses. Rata-rata pencapaian OEE pada line intake gabah bernilai 48.27% yang disebabkan oleh Defect Losses, Rata-rata pencapaian OEE pada line pengeringan bernilai 62.01% yang disebabkan oleh Idle and Minor Stoppage Losses, pencapaian ini belum memenuhi standar JIPM. Rata-rata pencapaian OEE pada line penggilingan (RMU) bernilai 63.57% yang disebabkan oleh Idle and Minor Stoppage Losses, pencapaian ini juga belum memenuhi standar JIPM. Rata- rata OEE pada line pengemasan sudah baik dan memenuhi standar JIPM dengan pencapaian sebesar 94.26%.
Modern Rice Milling Plant (MRMP) Lampung is a modern rice processing infrastructure that has just started operating to process premium rice. However, currently known that the productivity of premium rice production is still low and information regarding the effectiveness of the Lampung MRMP machine series is lacking. Therefore, necessary to measure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to find out how well these modern machines work. Six Big Losses are six losses that must be avoided by every company can reduce the level of effectiveness of machine. MRMP Lampung has four main production stations or lines, namely: grain intake line, drying line, milling line, and packaging line. In this study, OEE and Six Big Losses values were measured. The average OEE achievement at the grain intake line is 48.27% by Defect Losses, the average OEE achievement at the drying line is 62.01% caused by Idle and Minor Stoppage Losses, this achievement does not meet JIPM standards. The average OEE achievement on the milling line (RMU) is 63.57% caused by Idle and Minor Stoppage Losses, this achievement also does not meet JIPM standards. The average OEE on the packaging line is good and meets JIPM standards with an achievement of 94.26%.
