| id |
dc.description.abstract | Local sheep are the result of crosses from outside that have been bred and adapted to the environment in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sorinfer combination feeding on the performance and behavior of UP3J local sheep. This study used 25 sheep which were divided into 5 ration treatments, namely concentrate, sorinfer, and odot grass. Data were analyzed using (ANOVA), if there is a significant difference, then it is further tested by Duncan's test. The results showed that the consumption of as feed, PBBH, and the final weight of the P5 treatment was significantly different (P<0.05) compared to the others, while the consumption of BK P2 was significantly different (P<0.05). The as feed conversion and BK conversion for the five treatments were the same. Ingestive frequency in the P5 treatment was significantly different (P<0.05) compared to the others. Furthermore, behavior, drinking, vocalization, and locomotive in sheep treated with P4 and P2 were significantly different (P<0.05) compared to the others. The resting frequencies of the five treatments showed the same results. The performance of local sheep with 100% sorinfer feed has better performance than others. Local sheep with 100% sorinfer administration had a higher frequency of ingestive behavior. | id |
