Abstract: Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) menjadi salah satu kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia saat ini. Agenda PAUD juga telah masuk dalam agenda PBB melalui Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan atau Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SEED diselenggarakan oleh Departemen Manajemen IPB University. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi dan strategi keberlanjutan, serta efektivitas program SEED 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan 45 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis Return on Investment (ROI) dan metode 70-20-10 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data primer melalui kuesioner dan data sekunder melalui studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden puas dengan pelatihan. Pada level reaksi, responden cenderung memberikan reaksi yang positif. Pada level pembelajaran, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Pada level perilaku menunjukkan bahwa responden berminat untuk mentransfer ilmu dari program SEED kepada siswa/mitra/rekan. Pada level hasil, mayoritas responden merekomendasikan program dan hasil ROI bernilai positif. Strategi keberlanjutan dari program dianalisis melalui metode 70-20-10. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidik anak usia dini (PAUD), komunitas dan pemerintah perlu mengembangkan pelatihan untuk tercapai SDGs yang diinginkan
Improving the quality of early childhood education (PAUD) is one of the current Indonesian government policies. The PAUD agenda has also been included in the UN agenda through the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SEED is organized by the Management Department of IPB University. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation and strategies for sustainability, as well as the effectiveness of the SEED 2021 program. This study used 45 respondents. The research method uses descriptive analysis, Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and the 70-20-10 method with a quantitative approach. Primary data through questionnaires and secondary data through literature studies. The results showed that the majority of respondents were satisfied with the training. At the reaction level, respondents tend to give positive reactions. At the learning level, there is an increase in knowledge and skills. At the behavioral level, it shows that respondents are interested in transferring knowledge from the SEED program to students/partners/colleagues. At the result level, the majority of respondents recommend the program and the ROI results are positive. The sustainability strategy of the program is analyzed through the 70-20-10 method. To improve the quality of early childhood educators (PAUD), the community and government need to develop training to achieve the desired SDGs
