Title: Good Management dan Milking Practices Menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process pada Peternakan Sapi Perah Rakyat KPSBU Lembang

Abstract: Sapi perah mempunyai kontribusi besar terhadap penentu kebutuhan susu setiap tahun yang terus meningkat. Penerapan Good Dairy Farming Practice (GDFP) dan Good Milking Practice (GMiP) berperan penting terhadap kualitas dan keamanan susu. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor penentu yang paling berpengaruh pada evaluasi GDFP pada aspek Good Management dan GMiP di peternakan sapi perah rakyat KPSBU Lembang dengan menggunakan analisis data Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dan wawancara langsung kepada 10 peternak di Manoko dan 10 peternak di Cisaroni yang merupakan anggota Koperasi Peternak Sapi Perah Bandung Utara (KPSBU) serta 4 orang ahli yang terdiri dari akademisi, praktisi, dan pemerintah. Hasil evaluasi Good Milking Practice (GMiP) pada aspek ketika pemerahan, aspek sebelum pemerahan, dan aspek setelah pemerahan berturut-turut memiliki nilai 3,85; 3,84; 3,79 serta hasil evaluasi GDFP aspek good management memiliki nilai 3,65. Kriteria yang paling diprioritaskan adalah pengeringan sapi laktasi dan yang paling tidak diprioritaskan adalah kriteria peralatan dan lantai. Kata kunci: GDFP, GMiP, sapi perah
Dairy cows have a major contribution to determining the demand for milk every year which continues to increase. The implementation of Good Dairy Farming Practice (GDFP) and Good Milking Practice (GMiP) plays an important role in the quality and safety of milk. The aim of this study was to determine the determinants that most influenced the evaluation of GDFP on the Good Management and GMiP aspects of the KPSBU Lembang small dairy farm by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) data analysis. The methods used are survey methods and direct interviews with 10 farmers in Manoko and 10 farmers in Cisaroni who are members of the North Bandung Dairy Farmers Cooperative (KPSBU) and 4 experts consisting of academics, practitioners and the government. The evaluation results for Good Milking Practice (GMiP) aspects during milking, aspects before milking, and aspects after milking respectively have a value of 3,85; 3,84; 3,79 and the results of the evaluation of the GDFP aspect of good management have a value of 3,65. The most prioritized criteria is the drying of lactating cows and the least prioritized are equipment and floor criteria. Keywords: dairy cows, GDFP, GMiP
