| Abstract: | CV Sari Sehat is an MSME that produces various kinds of processed herbal
products such as decoction, instant drink powder, rosella syrup and tea powder. The
increasing demand for ginger has made CV Sari Sehat want to continue to develop
processed ginger products. CV Sari Sehat intends to diversify its products, namely
ginger leather candy. To be able to carry out the ginger leather candy production
process, the industry must have production facilities and have a production permit.
Product production permits are issued by BPOM in the form of certificates for good
food production practices (CPPB) which include aspects of buildings and facilities.
The layout design is carried out using the SLP (Systematic Layout Planning)
method and the CORELAP (Computerized Layout Planning) algorithm which is a
constructive algorithm. The layout design is carried out by taking into account the
aspects required in the CPPB-IRT. The results of the production area layout design
show that there are eight rooms with the required dimensions of 16,09 m2. The
simulation results using the Flexsim software show that the total material
displacement distance in the layout design is 41,46 meters. CV Sari Sehat merupakan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memproduksi berbagai jenis produk herbal olahan seperti jamu, bubuk minuman instan, sirup rosella, dan teh. Permintaan yang semakin meningkat terhadap jahe membuat CV Sari Sehat ingin terus mengembangkan produk olahan jahe. CV Sari Sehat berupaya melakukan diversifikasi produk dengan membuat ginger leather candy. Untuk dapat menjalankan proses produksi permen kulit jahe, industri harus memiliki fasilitas produksi dan izin produksi. Izin produksi produk dikeluarkan oleh BPOM dalam bentuk sertifikat praktik produksi pangan yang baik (CPPB) yang meliputi aspek bangunan dan fasilitas. Desain tata letak dilakukan menggunakan metode SLP (Systematic Layout Planning) dan algoritma CORELAP (Computerized Layout Planning) yang merupakan algoritma konstruktif. Desain tata letak dilakukan dengan memperhatikan aspek yang diperlukan dalam CPPB- IRT. Hasil dari desain tata letak area produksi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat delapan ruangan dengan dimensi yang dibutuhkan sebesar 16,09 m2. Hasil simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak Flexsim menunjukkan bahwa jarak total perpindahan material dalam desain tata letak adalah 41,46 meter. |
