Abstract: Program Studi Independen Bersertifikat (SIB) hadir sebagai jawaban atas masalah kebutuhan talenta digital di Indonesia. Kegiatan-kegiatan bootcamp yang ada pada program SIB dinilai memuaskan bagi mayoritas mahasiswa peserta program tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh kualitas layanan e-learning terhadap kepuasan dan WOM peserta sebagai pengguna di sektor teknologi pendidikan, dengan fokus utama pada produk bootcamp. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan, yaitu dari Maret hingga Mei 2023. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring kepada 150 responden dengan kriteria yaitu mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti program SIB Kampus Merdeka Angkatan 1-3. Penelitian ini dikaji menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan e-learning memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dan WOM peserta program SIB Kampus Merdeka.
The Studi Independen Bersertifikat (SIB) program has existed as a solution to the problem of digital talent needs in Indonesia. The bootcamp activities in the SIB program were considered satisfying for the majority of students who participated in the program. The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of e-learning service quality on satisfaction and WOM of participants as users in the education technology sector, with the main focus on bootcamp products. This study was conducted for three months, from March to May 2023. The research data was obtained through online questionnaires to 150 respondents with the criteria of students who had participated in the SIB Kampus Merdeka program batch 1-3. This study was analyzed using a descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS approach. The results showed that e-learning service quality had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and WOM of SIB Kampus Merdeka program participants.
