Abstract: Izin Pemanfaatan Hutan Perhutanan Sosial (IPHPS) merupakan skema pengelolaan hutan yang dilakukan untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, dan memperbaiki kualitas pertumbuhan antar pelaku ekonomi.
The Social Forestry Utilization Permit (IPHPS) is a forest management scheme to alleviate poverty, create new jobs, and improve the quality of growth among economic actors. This study examines the livelihood resilience of farmer households around forests managed by the IPHPS scheme in Kaliacar Village, whose economy is classified as middle to lower. This study aimed to analyze households' utilization of livelihood assets and income strategies and their impact on the livelihood resilience of farmer households around the forest in RPH Kaliacar. Through a quantitative approach with questionnaires and qualitative through indepth interviews, resilience measurement used the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale using the Rank Spearman correlation test and descriptive analysis. IPHPS land causes an increase in the economy of farmer households when annual crops are harvested. Livelihood resilience is very strongly related to the livelihood strategy undertaken. The community's choice of livelihood strategy is appropriate and has a good correlation with livelihood resilience.
